The Web Exception, Name Resolution Failure error indicates an Internet connection is required but not available to the software. Ensure the computer is connected to a good Internet source when reading the vehicle.
If you have confirmed you have a good internet connection and problem persists Visit the Contact section our website, submit a support ticket and provide a VCM Suite Infolog and debug.dat file. You can find the debug.dat file in This PC > Documents > HP Tuners > Settings.
