Controller Unlocker: Web Exception, Name Resolution Failure

Problem

This error occurs when an Internet connection is required but not available while reading the vehicle.

Resolution

1. Check Your Internet Connection

   • Ensure your computer is connected to a stable and active Internet source before attempting to read the vehicle again.

2. If the Issue Persists:

   • Visit the Support section of our website and submit a Support Ticket.
   • Include the following files in your ticket:
     • VCM Suite Infolog (collected while connected to the vehicle).
     • Debug.dat file (located at This PC > Documents > HP Tuners > Settings).
       
       
       

Once submitted, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
