Unsupported Interface Error

The Unsupported Interface error can occur for the following reasons:

1. Using an RTD Device with VCM Editor

   • RTD devices are not compatible with VCM Editor. Use RTD Flasher instead.

2. Using an MPVI Device with RTD Flasher

   • MPVI devices are not compatible with RTD Flasher. Use VCM Editor instead.

3. Using an Original MPVI Device on an Incompatible Vehicle

   • Some vehicles require an MPVI2 or newer interface. If you are using an original MPVI device, check compatibility and upgrade if necessary.
