MPVI1 Driver Installation

This guide outlines the steps to install MPVI1 drivers on Windows 7, 8, 10, Vista, and XP 64-bit operating systems.

WITH Internet Access and Windows Automatic Updates Turned ON

1. Connect your MPVI interface to your computer.
2. Monitor your computer for any prompts requiring permission to continue.
3. Drivers will automatically download and install. Ensure no error messages appear during the process.

---

WITH Internet Access but Windows Automatic Updates Turned OFF

1. Connect your MPVI interface to your computer.
2. If an "error" or "fail" message appears, this is normal.
3. Open the Control Panel on your computer and search for Device Drivers in the search field.
4. Under Device Manager, locate the devices under the "Other Devices" section. These will likely appear as two MPVI devices with warning indicators (!).
5. Right-click on the first device and select Update Driver Software.
6. Choose the option to browse the internet for drivers.
7. The computer will locate and install the drivers automatically.
8. Repeat steps 5–7 for the second MPVI device listed in the "Other Devices" section.

WITHOUT Internet Access

1. On a computer with internet access, download the MPVI Drivers.
2. Transfer the downloaded file to the offline computer where you wish to install the drivers.
3. Extract the downloaded files to a preferred location (e.g., desktop).
4. Connect your MPVI interface to the offline computer.
5. If an "error" or "fail" message appears, this is normal.
6. Open the Control Panel on your computer and search for Device Drivers in the search field.
7. Under Device Manager, locate the devices under the "Other Devices" section. These will likely appear as two MPVI devices with warning indicators (!).
8. Right-click on the first device and select Update Driver Software.
9. When prompted for the driver location, choose the option to manually browse and point to the folder where you extracted the drivers.
10. The computer will locate and install the drivers.
11. Repeat steps 8–10 for the second MPVI device listed in the "Other Devices" section.
