To tune 2018+ Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Chrysler vehicles you will need access to the vehicle’s network from outside of the Security Gateway. This can be accomplished on the bench or in the vehicle with an additional cable - the Dodge Smart Access Cable - which can be purchased here:

This must be done whether you are just utilizing the scanner to correct the speedometer, adjust TPMS, etc., or if you are tuning the PCM.
IMPORTANT: Start a support ticket for assistance regarding where (or if) this harness is to be installed in your particular application.
Once the cable has been added, you may then use the bi-directional controls in the scanner, or if you have had the PCM modded, you may tune.
