Upgrade your HP Tuners interface to the latest MPVI3 and receive additional Universal Credits to get started right away. This upgrade transfers all your existing vehicle licenses and credits to the new device and includes bonus credits depending on the generation of your trade-in device.

Upgrade Details

• MPVI (Standard or Pro):
  • Receive an MPVI3 + 6 additional Universal Credits.
• MPVI2/MPVI2+:
  • Receive an MPVI3 + 4 additional Universal Credits.

This means no need to repurchase licenses for vehicles already licensed on your current device. Your upgrade includes:

• All vehicle licenses and credits transferred.
• Bonus credits for immediate use.

How the Upgrade Process Works

1. Purchase the Upgrade:

   • Log into your HP Tuners account.
   • Ensure your OBDII device is registered under My Devices.
   • Select the serial number of the device you want to upgrade in the dropdown menu.

2. Back Up Your Device:

   • Open VCM Editor and navigate to Help > Resync Interface to back up your old device.

3. Ship Your Device:

   • Send your old interface to HP Tuners for the upgrade.
   • Find shipping and service time details below.

Important Notes

• Bonus Credits:

  • The upgrade includes 4 or 6 additional Universal Credits, depending on your trade-in device.
  • If you send multiple old devices to upgrade to a single MPVI3, only one set of credits will be added to the new device (e.g., 6 credits for two MPVI devices upgraded to one MPVI3).

• PROLINK+ Cable:

  • The upgrade does not include the PROLINK+ cable, even for trade-in Pro devices.
  • The PROLINK+ cable is optional and can be added to your MPVI3 Interface Upgrade order.

• Tunerlock Considerations:

  • If you use tunerlock on your MPVI1, contact support to ensure tunerlock compatibility between the MPVI3 and your older interface. This avoids issues when read/flashing previously tunerlocked vehicles.
