When prompted with "Controller Not supported or Not Identified" the TDN app is unable to decipher the vehicle information to perform a read of the vehicle. If the ECM has been modified from stock, it may need to be flashed back to stock in order to perform the read.
If the vehicle is stock, ensure the application resource files are up to date. This can be performed under the tools menu using "Update Resource Files"
If resource files are up to date, and the ECM has not been modified, an infolog while connected to the vehicle will need to be provided to support staff to look further into the error.
