In some cases a customer may run into this error when they are trying to write the tune file. The customer will need to perform the following actions in the TDN app under tools:
Tools>resync
Tools>update resource files
Once the resource files completes try writing the tune file.
If the actions above did not resolve the issue please try the following actions in TDN under tools:
Tools>reset file sync data
Tools>erase files>erase cached data
Tools>erase files>reset resource files
Tools>resync
Tools>update resource files
Once the resource files completes try writing the tune file.
If you continue to have issues please start a support ticket and provide an Infolog while connected to the vehicle, Make sure to capture an Infolog using the TDN app right after the failure occurs.
Click on tools and select Gather Infolog within the TDN app in order to generate the Infolog.
