Locating a Debug.dat and License.dat File

For many support issues, we ask that you provide us with a debug.dat file and/or a license.dat file. 

The License.dat file can be found in This PC > Documents > HP Tuners > Settings:

The Debug files are located in two locations, one for VCM Editor and one for VCM Scanner. 

The VCM Editor Debug is found in This PC> Documents > HP Tuners > VCM Editor > Logs

The VCM Scanner Debug file is located in This PC> Documents > HP Tuners > VCM Scanner > Logs
