Resolution
Open a Support Ticket
- Visit the Support section on our website and submit a Support Ticket.
Provide the Following Files:
- The tune file that is causing the error.
- A VCM Suite Infolog (generated while connected to the vehicle).
Once submitted, our support team will review the information and assist you in resolving the issue.
