Editor/Scanner Won't open in Windows 11

Windows 11 Home Edition by default is set to S mode which is a security mode to promote use of apps only from their app store and to "boost performance".  We've found when set to S mode windows 11 will not open our software and this mode needs to be disabled as outlined on the Microsoft website here:
