Transfer of Ownership

When transferring a device from one owner to another owner, it is important that the seller removes the device from their account.  This will ensure the new owner can add the device to their account to manage their device and purchase credits.

 

If the owner did not remove the device from their account, submit a ticket to Support and include a picture of the back of the device, clearly showing the serial number.
