Nissan/Infinity: Undefined x7f Negative Response Code

An x7f negative response code in a Nissan/Infinity vehicle is almost exclusively due to having load on the battery.

Ensure all accessories and systems in the vehicle shut off and the doors closed. This would include the radio, headlights and any other installed device. While performing the read/write it is also advantageous to have the battery on a tender.
