    If you have not logged in since 2018, the website was updated and you will have to create a new account. You can use the same account information you previously used since the information did not carry over. 


    If you have logged in more recently than 2018, Enter the email address you utilize and hit the "Forgot Password" button.

    If you receive a message that your account does not exist and you have not logged in since 2018, you may need to register for a new customer account for the new website.

    1.Go to www.hptuners.com.
    2.At the top of the main page, select My Account.
    3.This will take you to the registration/login page. Register as a new customer.
    4.Once you have created the account, you can update your account details, payment methods, and device information.

    Adding a Device

    To add your devices to your account:

    1.Select My Devices from your account page.

    2.If you have an MPVI, add your serial number and latest application key and select Import.

    If you have an MPVI2, add your serial number and the verification code you retrieve from VCM Suite.

    3.Your device and information should then be listed for viewing and you will be able to purchase more credits for your device. Select Add Credits.
    4.Select the type and quantity of credits to add to your shopping cart.

    The Tune Repository can now be found by logging into your customer account on www.hptuners.com.

    On the My Account page, the tab for Tune Repository is located in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.

    You can send in multiple devices to all be merged onto one device. This will combine all the credits and licenses onto one device. This is the only device you will get back as the others are deactivated and destroyed. 

     

    If you would like to merge your devices, send them all the following address:

    In the box, include a note telling what device you want all the data moved to. You must also include a return shipping label so the device with all the data can be shipped back to you.

    When transferring a device from one owner to another owner, it is important that the seller removes the device from their account.  This will ensure the new owner can add the device to their account to manage their device and purchase credits.

     

    If the owner did not remove the device from their account, submit a ticket to Support and include a picture of the back of the device, clearly showing the serial number.

    Adding a Device
