TunerLock

Once a vehicle is tunerlocked, it can only be unlocked by the tuner who locked it or the PCM must be replaced.

If you are unsure if the vehicle has been tunerlocked, please submit a support ticket and provide your debug.dat file for review.

The debug.dat file can be found in This PC > Documents > HP Tuners > Settings.
