At times, it may be necessary for our Support team to directly view, or even control, your computer. HP Tuners uses TeamViewer to remotely access a customer's PC to help diagnose and solve some problems.
When you start TeamViewer, you will see the screen below.
On the left side of the window, you will see the information required to allow us to remotely access your PC. This information includes:
- Your ID
You will need to provide this information to the Support Team member.
Once connected, our professional staff can remotely view and control your PC. You will be able to chat with the representative the entire time.
